Kassandra can see into the future…can her millions of followers believe her?

Keeping up with Kassandra transposed the ancient myth of Cassandra, who was blessed with the gift of prophecy but cursed not to be believed by anybody. Writer Funlola Olufunwa explored how and why, in this age of information overload, even those with positive messages to share can be ignored, or written off as liars, or as ‘fake’.

A powerful and richly layered piece, KUWK threw reality TV, pop music, mythology, social media and social commentary into a blender and poured out a supremely enjoyable and thought-provoking show.  The show’s writer Funlola Olufunwa talks more about the show in this video, or you can read the writer’s note on our blog.
