Creation Theatre Privacy Notice

When taking bookings for tickets or education events we collect personal information. We use your email address to send e-tickets, your postal address to authorise card payments, and phone number in case we need to reach you about a performance. We may use these to contact you about the event you have booked if there are any changes or updates to the event.

We will also ask if you’d like to hear from us by post or email. If you opt in to this you will receive email and postal updates on our work. We consider an opt in when booking performances or education to cover both of these types of event.

We will ask separately if you’d like to hear about ways to support us, and you’ll only receive information about this if you’ve opted in.

You can opt out from any of these lists at any time using either the link on any email, or by contacting our Box Office.

We will not share your data with any other organisation for marketing purposes.
