Claustrophobia or near to exit The main entrance to the space is located off the aisle between blocks C and D of the seating, in the bottom let hand corner of the plan. On exiting the performance space there is a lift or stairs down one floor to exit the building through the main doors.
Wheelchair user The Mathematical Institute is wheelchair accessible. Seats in the second row of seating block D are reserved for wheelchair users for each performance. Please call the Box Office on 01865 766266 to book these. There is a £10 ticket concession for wheelchair users, and a £10 companion ticket to accompany them.

The performance space is one floor up and there is a lift.

There are two disabled parking spaces located adjacent to the far entrance to the Andrew Wiles buildings, to find these turn off Woodstock Road, down the side of the buildings (via gate 7),  ahead of you is the glass doors to the entrance a small parking layby.  Here you will find two disabled bays.

Strobe lighting The performance will contain no strobe lighting.
Guide dog Guide dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance. The auditorium will be in darkness and there are loud sound effects.
Deaf/hard of hearing There is no hearing loop in the performance area. We are happy to provide a copy of the script on request.
Blind/partially sighted Audience members are encouraged to bring a carer with them. The performance is seated and takes place in one location. A front of house team member can assist you to your seat and explain the setting before the show starts.
Mobility issues The venue is fully accessible and a lift is situated on the ground floor pas the reception desk. There is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor. If you are a wheelchair user that prefers to use a standard seat, you may leave your wheelchair in the performance space by the bar and Box Office.
Groups with access requirements If you’re bringing a large group that have access needs, please notify the Box Office in advance of your booking so that we can prepare and cater for you as best we can. boxoffice@creationtheatre.co.uk.
Young children/babies The age guidance for this performance is 13+. Babes in arms are free and will be admitted.
