Terms & Conditions for Digital performances

  • Creation Theatre Company (Creation hereafter) reserves the right to refuse admission, delay, or refuse the admittance of late comers.
  • Creation’s digital performances rely on relevant equipment being available to the person(s) watching the performance. It is the responsibility of the individual purchasing (a) ticket(s) to inform all attendees of relevant equipment required to access the performance.  
  • The use of cameras and recording equipment is not permitted at any time during the performance. Creation record all digital performances for archival purposes, if you do not wish to be included in the recording please turn off your camera. In keeping your camera on, you are consenting to the potential use of your image to be used in future marketing material. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion and to make changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • When you purchase (a) ticket(s) through Creation’s box office or website, your contact, ticket and payment details will be held by Creation, the administrator and the ticket booking system, managed by Spektrix. The information is held for administrative and statistical purposes only. We will not contact you further unless you agree to us doing so, unless we need to inform you of a material alteration to the event. In line with current data protection law, your details will only be passed on to third party organisations if you have agreed to this.
  • If you are making a booking on behalf of a party/group, you are responsible for all payments due from the party/group, and must ensure the party/group is made aware of these terms and conditions of sale and admission. If you are making a booking on behalf of other people, your provision of their personal data constitutes permission from the individual to be contacted about the booking only.  Creation reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any tickets ordered.
  • Creation supports equal access for all and attempts to make it as easy as possible for everyone to access our performances. Please phone the Box Office for up to date information regarding our arrangements for patrons with hearing or visual impairment, or other specific access requirements.
  • Once tickets have been purchased they are non-refundable. Creation reserve the right to refuse transfer of tickets to other performances. 
  • In the event that a performance needs to be cancelled for reasons out of our control, it will be at the discretion of Creation whether to offer credit or the opportunity to re-book another performance.
  • In the event of a sell-out, Creation can attempt to resell unwanted tickets however, no guarantee will be made. An administration charge of £2 per ticket will be made for each ticket successfully resold.
  • In the event of a cancelled performance, Creation will not be liable for additional expenses incurred.
  • If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, Creation will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although Creation does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of event. Creation is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date details does so at their own risk.

Terms & Conditions for Physical performances

  • Creation Theatre Company (Creation hereafter) reserves the right to refuse admission to, or request any ticket holder to leave in reasonable circumstances, delay, or refuse the admittance of late comers
  • When you purchase (a) ticket(s) through Creation’s box office, or website, your contact, ticket and payment details will be held by Creation the administrator and the ticket booking system, managed by Spektrix. The information is held for administrative and statistical purposes only. We will not contact your further unless you agree to us doing so, unless we need to inform you of a material alteration to the event. In line with current data protection law, you details will only be passed on to third party organisations if you have agreed to this.
  • Creation Theatre Company supports equal access for all and attempts to make it as easy as possible for everyone to access our venues.  Most of our venues have full wheelchair access; however, due to our varying venues our accessibility limitations at each show shall also vary. Please phone the Box Office for up to date information regarding wheelchair use, or regarding our arrangements for patrons with restricted mobility, hearing or visual impairment.
  • If you are making booking on behalf of a party/group, you are responsible for all payments due from the party/group, and must ensure the party/group is made aware of these terms and conditions of sale and admission.   • If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, Creation will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers of the cancellation although Creation does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of event. Creation is only able to inform customers for whom it holds valid contact details. Any customer who buys tickets without giving correct and up to date details does so at their own risk.
  • Smoking and the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted in the auditorium. We reserve the right to refuse admission on account of health and safety, environmental or security concerns at our discretion and to make changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Creation will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of our negligence.
