Access information

Claustrophobia or near to exit This is an outdoor performance, there is a central aisle and you can get out at the end of each row on both sides.
Wheelchair user We have wheelchair spaces available for our performances. The performance takes place on a field with short mown grass. There are tarmac paths up to the site entrance, but no paths once you get on site to the auditorium. The performance takes place on one level, and there will be a disabled toilet on that level.

Please call the Box Office on 01865 766266 to book these. There is a £10 ticket concession for wheelchair users, and a £10 companion ticket to accompany them.

There is no onsite parking, but there is residential parking close to the site if you are a blue badge holder. We can also facilitate you being dropped off close to the site as an access requirement.

Strobe lighting There is no strobe lighting in this performance.
Guide dog Guide dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance so that we can tell the staff at the venue. There are loud sound effects at times in the show.
Deaf/hard of hearing We will be providing a BSL Interpreted performance at 2.30pm Saturday 22nd July. The seats with the best view of the interpreter are marked with a (i) symbol on the seating plan.

We are happy to provide a copy of the script on request.

Blind/partially sighted Audience members are encouraged to bring a carer with them. The performance begins in the bar area and then you move to the main seating area. A front of house team member can assist you to your seat and explain the set before the show starts.
Mobility issues All of the areas of the site, auditorium, bar and disabled toilets are on one level.

Members of the public cannot access the site by car, however we do have a key to the gate across the access road and can open this on request.

Groups with access requirements If you’re bringing a large group that have access needs, please notify the Box Office in advance of your booking so that we can prepare and cater for you as best we can. boxoffice@creationtheatre.co.uk.
Care homes The performance is suitable for care home groups. Please get in touch with us to discuss discounted tickets and any adjustments we can make for you.
Young children/babies We suggest seven plus as a general guide, but if you’ve got a five year old who loves Shakespeare bring them along by all means! The text will not be significantly edited, so although we aim for an exciting, accessible adaptation, it may be too long and complex for younger children.
