| Claustrophobia or near to exit | The stalls and lower gallery at the bottom of the seating plan, the lower seat numbers ie. A1-9, are closest to the exit to the bar foyer where an accessible toilet is situated. Seating in the Gallery at the bottom of the plan will take you out to the foyer where the ladies toilets are situated. There is a lift or staircase that will take you down to ground level. |
| Wheelchair user | The North Wall Arts Centre is wheelchair accessible. Seats on the aisle in rows G and F are reserved for wheelchair users for each performance. Please call the Box Office on 01865 766266 to book these. There is a £10 ticket concession for wheelchair users, and a £10 companion ticket to accompany them.
There is also a lift to the gallery for wheelchair users who are able to walk a short distance and don’t require a wheelchair space. Parking on single yellow lines outside the theatre is available for blue badge holders. |
| Strobe lighting | The performance will contain special lighting effects but they will be safe for most people with epilepsy. If you’re concerned, please notify a member of front of house who’ll be able to let you know about specific moments during the show and lead you out of this scene. |
| Guide dog | Guide dogs are welcome. Please notify us in advance so that we can tell the staff at The North Wall Arts Centre. The auditorium will be in darkness and there are loud sound effects. |
| Deaf/hard of hearing | The theatre is equipped with both induction loop and infra-red systems. Those who wish to use the infra-red system should collect a headset from the front desk, and return it at the end of the performance. We are happy to provide a copy of the script on request. |
| Blind/partially sighted | Audience members are encouraged to bring a carer with them. The performance is seated and takes place in one location. A front of house team member can assist you to your seat and explain the set before the show starts. |

There is also a disabled toilet on the ground floor. If you are a wheelchair user that prefers to use a standard seat, please leave your wheelchair in the ground floor foyer or on the first floor if your seats are in the gallery. |
